Apparently it’s national legging day, and since leggings have become what I like to call my EVERYDAY pants, it’s certainly a day worth celebrating. So I’ve rounded up my favorite leggings and a few I have yet to enjoy the sweet leg caress of, for your enjoyment and to indulge your borderline-problematic shopping habits. Because Friday is payday right?!

OLD NAVY HIGH WAIST COMPRESSION LEGGINGS (ON SALE TODAY)

These are a great price, (and even better on sale today for $21), and are a good thickness for days you want a little more structure to your leggings. These were my favorite for a long time bc they hold you in (wait hold WHAT in?! just go with me here) are super high waist and are great for working out or you know, just looking like you plan on someday in the near future working out, maybe. They are probably the thickest pair in the bunch, so know your preference here.

SPANX FAUX LEATHER LEGGINGS

Are you the last person on earth to not have these leggings (MOM IM LOOKING AT YOU)? They are worth the hype, are SO great for fall with big sweaters and if you buy them through the Spanx website and enter your email you get 10% off so, yes just finally buy them.

AMAZON YOGALICIOUS LEGGINGS

These were referenced to be similar to the Lululemon Align pant, and though I don’t have a pair of the Lululemons in my full drawer that is literally just BLACK LEGGINGS, I’ve heard all the good things and since these were $25 instead of $98 I went for it. And now I definitely need to buy another pair bc they are my favorite black legging in my roster and I definitely wear them too much. Thinner than the Old Navy compression but not TOO thin, comfortable for working out and everyday. Comes in a million colors and again THAT PRICE POINT.

AERIE HIGH REAL LEGGINGS

Bought these on a sale (and they are on sale now for $28) and they bring a new variety to my legging collection. They are the thinnest in my line up, but still feel compression enough that I don’t feel uncomfortable wearing them out. They are also the softest feeling and have kept well after wearing and washing just over a milli times. Thinnest on the spectrum, incredibly soft, good price.

GOOD AMERICAN

Khloe is definitely my favorite Kardashian and what she says basically goes. I got gifted a pair of these from a sweet friend in a fun set and I basically feel like a Kardashian every time I wear them (definitely placebo effect but still). They SNATCH you in like no other and are SUPER high waist which I’m about that life since I like to still wear crop top things like I’m young but I’m definitely NOT young enough to actually be exposing that cropped area (honestly who wants to anyways). They are in the middle for softness and thickness of the ones I have, and come in a variety of sets that make you look super cool without even trying (bc who has time for that).

LULULEMON ALIGN HIGH RISE PANT

Ok, I have to admit, I don’t have these. But they are everywhere and everyone swears they are the best so they had to make the list. I haven’t committed to spending the $98 on them which is THE reason they aren’t already in my drawer (or better on my body) but I know one day my will power will not be enough and they will be mine. Also, they come in the best colors and a cute camo print that I am REALLY loving. If you aren’t intimidated by the price tag for a pair of leggings, get you a pair and enjoy that LUXE LEGGING LIFE. Gawd I’ve nearly talked myself into it.

BLANQI MATERNITY LEGGINGS

For my mama’s to be out there these are so comfortable and so necessary once your old leggings give up on your new bod. I wore these too much in my third trimester and admittedly post partum for a bit bc they are that comfortable and easy to wear and obviously hold all the aftermath of the belly going back down. Soft and sleek and great for that belly support life.
