Sometimes I buy stuff on Amazon and in a matter of months, I’m wondering why the heck I thought I needed that in the first place. Other times, I buy something on a whim, and after weeks of using it, I realize I’ve struck gold and I’m unsure how I lived a life without it.

There’s been a few of those items over the last couple of months that I’ve stumbled on that I thought I’d share with y’all, so you can live your best life too.

HYDROFLASK

News flash, you’re probably not drinking enough water. Being pregnant it’s basically my second job, and having this guy to take with me everywhere has been crucial, and the fact that it doesn’t sweat, stays cold and looks cool doesn’t hurt either.

 

PILLOW TALK LIPSTICK

Alright so I’ve heard the testimonies about this color lipstick for YEARS, with people saying it went with everything, was the perfect nude, blah blah blah. But $34 for a lipstick?! I never went for it because my $4 elf lip stain was working just fine for me. Then I got a Nordstrom gift card for Christmas and decided recently it was time I tried this whole nonsense out. AND NOW I’M A BELIEVER! Ya’ll this truly is the best color I own and I’ve only had it a few days but put it on every day. It’s just simple and easy and enough color without looking like I’ve got full blown lipstick on. I LOVE IT and you NEED it.

 

SUMMER FRIDAYS

This product has been EVERYWHERE on instagram lately thanks to the popular Instagram babes who founded it, and it’s not going anywhere soon. I was an early adopter of this, having seen the rave reviews, following both of the bloggers who created it, and being super interested since it was yet another non-toxic product that was developed while one of them was pregnant, so it’s totally safe. I’ve got undereye bags for days no matter how much water I drink or sleep I get, so something that promised to help with that and just generally make me skin look refreshed was something I was totally into. I LOVE this product and it’s versatility – it can be used as a moisturizer under makeup (my makeup goes on so smooth with this as the base), a thick 10-minute mask that you can wipe off access and look instantly refreshed, an overnight mask that you don’t have to rinse off in the morning but can wake up and your skin is refreshed – I MEAN could you want more in one product? It moisturizes my skin without leaving it feeling sticky or oily and the subtle scent is perfection.

 

 

 

DRUNK ELEPHANT RISE & GLOW DUO

Drunk Elephant has been on my radar for a few months now ever since I realized it was another non-toxic beauty brand. Their products are not cheap, and they have a good amount of them that all sound amazing and something my skin could use. So I was pleasantly surprised to stumble upon this little trial set that had a great sample size for two of their products that I was intrigued about and wasn’t a bad price at all. I’ve been using these small sizes for three weeks now (not everyday but close!) and they are still going strong and I am very impressed with not only how great they’ve made my skin look and feel about also that they’ve still lasted (meaning a bigger size will be worth it). As soon as I can (after the baby comes) I’ll be buying their most popular product that I have been seeing EVERYWHERE lately and am dying to try, the Babyfacial.

 

OIL DIFFUSER

I wanted a diffuser to start diffusing oils to help with anxiety and calming and this diffuser fit my needs of not being a total eyesore of a piece for in my house. I love the colors, the ease of use and how much water it can hold to diffuse the oils. We’ve been using it for stress relief with lavender and eucalyptus and even for headaches with the peppermint oil. Such a great natural way to unwind.

SUPERGOOP SUNSCREEN

Another non-toxic find that goes on so easy and fits easily into my beach bag and is crucial for the summer. I’ll be using this all summer long.

MAMA MIO TUMMY RUB BUTTER

A product recommendation from a friend, I absolutely love how this stuff goes on, smells, and is hopefully helping me as my stomach continues to makes its way to basketball size. For my preggo’s out there, GET THIS.

 

AMAZON FIRESTICK

The props for this one really goes towards my husband who talked me into buying this for our household. It gives you access to all the amazing streaming apps out there, is intuitive to use, and can turn any TV into a smart TV. We are even debating cutting cable now because this thing has nearly everything.
